"This legging is honestly a must-have! It holds everything in perfectly and gives such a nice shape. The support is amazing and it doesn’t slide down at all during workouts like most leggings do. I’m 1m80 and leggings are usually way too short for me, but the length of this one is absolutely perfect. I could finally take my true size, S, without sizing up just for the length!"
Make natural fibers the standard again.
We're changing sportswear in a synthetic-dominated market. 92% organic cotton, 8% spandex for movement. No polyester anywhere. Made to last, made to be honest about what's in it.

The comfort of a second skin.
Soft, breathable, made to move with you. The kind of piece you'll keep reaching for long after your workout ends.
Real reviews. Real bodies.
From women who tested the samples before launch.
"Super clean (material- and design-wise) and such a timeless staple to have in your wardrobe. I basically live in sportswear, and this legging is honestly not just for workouts. The fabric is super comfortable and easy to style with everyday outfits too. Would love this in more colors."
"I’m so happy with the quality of this set. The fabric is incredibly soft, keeps its shape beautifully, and feels perfect for my daily workouts. I also love the design so much that I sometimes style the top with jeans for an everyday look. Definitely considering getting a second one!"

We are not perfect.
This is still consumption. You are still buying a product. We are not going to pretend otherwise.
LAINE HILL is not better for the environment. We are a better option for you. Organic cotton, low-impact dyes, no polyester. That is a real difference for the body that wears this every day. It does not undo the fact that something new is being made.
Natural is not the goal either. Even the most organic fibres go through processes to become wearable. The trade is intentional, not invisible.

Why we are not using polyester
Polyester is plastic. Petroleum based, cheap, durable, and woven into roughly 60% of all activewear. We chose not to use it for three reasons.
1. Chemical migration into your skin. A 2024 study from the University of Birmingham showed that sweat draws hazardous chemicals, including phthalates and endocrine disruptors, out of synthetic fibers and onto the skin. Read the study →
2. Microplastic shedding. Every wash releases microfibers into water systems. Every workout sheds them into the air around you.
3. Trapped moisture and odor. Synthetic fibers hold bacteria and smell longer than natural ones.
92% organic cotton next to your skin is a real, measurable upgrade.
Why organic cotton and not just regular cotton?
Regular cotton is one of the most heavily sprayed crops on the planet. It uses roughly 16% of the world's insecticides on just 2.5% of cropland. Those chemicals end up in groundwater, in farmworkers' lungs, and as residue in the finished fabric.
Organic cotton, by comparison:
- 87% less water use
- 45% fewer greenhouse gas emissions
- Zero synthetic pesticides or fertilizers
- GOTS certified supply chain (Global Organic Textile Standard)
Our GOTS license: CB-GOTS-CUC-03-1245496. Verify on the GOTS database →
And why 8% spandex, isn't that synthetic too?
Yes, and we're not going to hide it. Spandex (also called elastane) is a synthetic fiber. We use 8% in our blend purely for the stretch and shape recovery that activewear needs. Without it, cotton sportswear would bag out at the knees and lose its hold within a few wears.
Our goal isn't perfection. It's progress. We chose the smallest amount of spandex that still gives you proper stretch and movement, so 92% organic cotton stays the dominant fiber against your skin.
We try to improve our products through the years, but this is a great start.
